Pacific Cascade Mobilizes Phase 1 Drill Program on Brewster Lake Claims

Vancouver, British Columbia. - Pacific Cascade Minerals Inc. (the "Company") advises that it has today received drill permit approval from the British Columbia Department of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources. The drill mobilization and construction of the exploration camp on its "Brewster Lake" Molybdenum prospect is underway and diamond drilling will begin on the 2,400 meter "Phase 1" drill program by week's end.

This "Phase 1" drill program will consist of 7 holes covering a surface area that is approximately 700 metres by 400 metres; the holes will be drilled to a planned depth of 350 metres. Presently the resistivity with coincident chargeability anomalies as outlined by the work completed are approximately 1,300 metres by 1,300 metres and are open to the north.

Concurrent with the drill program, a geophysical crew will complete an additional 3D IP survey over the 700 metres of prospective ground to the property's northern claim boundary, which was not previously tested. The survey will comprise 2,500 metre long east - west trending cross lines with 200 metre line spacing and will cover the full width of the westernmost claim.

Pacific Cascade's Brewster Claims are located 1.0 km north of TTM Resources Inc.'s Chu Claims which has recently reported an indicated resource of 235.3 million tonnes of 0.067% Mo and an inferred resource of 221.5 million tonnes of 0.063% Mo (TTM Press Release - January 28, 2008) The technical information provided in this press release was reviewed by Wesley Raven P.Geo,, a qualified person for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101.
