HAROLD FORZLEY, CA - President & CEO
Mr. Harold Forzley is a Chartered Accountant who since 1986 has been involved in the building of numerous companies in the mining sector, most notably, Continental Gold Corp., which was sold to a major mining concern and El Condor Resources, with both companies generating substantial returns to their respective shareholders. Mr. Forzley currently sits as a Director of three other TSX Venture companies.
BOB KRAUSE - Vice President, Exploration
Mr. Krause has been a Consulting Geologist since 1985 with international exploration experience in North, Central and South America. He has extensive experience in the epithermal, skarn and magmatic massive sulphides. His exploration has taken him from the Brazilian rainforest to the Canadian Arctic.
STEPHEN C. MILLEN - Vice President, Corporate Communications
Mr. Millen's 35-year business career has covered sales, marketing and management in the automobile, investor relations, securities and electronic security business. He is currently Managing Director of Worthington Partners, a Marketing and Corporate Communications consultancy. From 1993 to 2006 Mr. Millen worked for ADT Security Services Canada, Inc including 2001 to 2006 as Vice-President, Marketing and Public Relations and was also a founding member of the ADT Global Marketing Team. Prior to that, Mr. Millen served as an Officer and Director of several public companies focusing on business development, investor relations and corporate communications. During that time he also obtained his Registered Representative designation and was employed in the brokerage industry.
DANIEL WHITTLE - Investor Relations
Daniel Whittle has joined Pacific Cascade Minerals to manage the investor relations program. Mr. Whittle brings to the company extensive experience in the public capital markets through his involvement with several junior companies over the years in the mining, energy and technology sectors. Mr. Whittle also has several years experience as an investment advisor at a national brokerage firm and investment bank prior to his founding Sealord Capital Corporation, a privately held investment and consulting company.
MARC TRAN - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Tran has over 10 years of experience with corporate finance, financial management and regulatory compliance with mineral exploration, development and producing projects in Canada, US, Mexico, Central and South America. Mr. Tran has been overseeing Pacific Cascade Minerals Inc.'s financial management and regulatory compliance since the incorporation of the company in 2006.
