HAROLD FORZLEY, CA
Mr. Harold Forzley is a Chartered Accountant who since 1986 has been involved in the building of numerous companies in the mining sector, most notably, Continental Gold Corp., which was sold to a major mining concern and El Condor Resources, with both companies generating substantial returns to their respective shareholders. Mr. Forzley currently sits as a Director of three other TSX Venture companies.
DAVID R.C. MCMILLAN
Mr. Dave McMillan was an investment advisor for Yorkton Securities Inc. from 1983-2000. From 1995-2000 he held the position of Senior Vice-President and Director of Yorkton. He has acted as a consultant and advisor to venture companies since 2000, and is President and CEO of Canada Gold Inc. (TSX-V; CI) and three other TSX Venture companies.
JOHN MEEKISON
Mr. Meekison also has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer of public companies, including iCo Therapeutics Inc. and Response Biomedical Corp. He is a director of Natcore Technology Inc. and is CFO and a director of Ravenstar Ventures Inc. Mr. Meekison received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and is a Certified Investment Manager and Professional Logistician.
STEPHEN C. MILLEN
Mr. Millen's 35-year business career has covered sales, marketing and management in the automobile, investor relations, securities and electronic security business. He is currently Managing Director of Worthington Partners, a Marketing and Corporate Communications consultancy. From 1993 to 2006 Mr. Millen worked for ADT Security Services Canada, Inc including 2001 to 2006 as Vice-President, Marketing and Public Relations and was also a founding member of the ADT Global Marketing Team. Prior to that, Mr. Millen served as an Officer and Director of several public companies focusing on business development, investor relations and corporate communications. During that time he also obtained his Registered Representative designation and was employed in the brokerage industry.
